Location: Predominantly remote with visits to local office required for meetings & training

Sedgwick Resource Solutions are recruiting for a Property Claims Handler to join one of our home insurance claims team, working with a major high-end retailer.
Your new role:
You will deal with commercial claims from cradle to grave, youll have the autonomy to act as the claim owner and decision maker, working alongside suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify the best solution to enhance the customer journey and resolve their claim. This is a busy, high call volume environment.
Your skills and experience:
Experience in handling both commercial and/or domestic property claims from start to end for more than 1 year.
Ability to deal with high call volumes
To deliver a high-quality service for clients and internal teams where required
Handling complaints in line with FCA regulations
The ability to negotiate and gather vital information relevant to each claim.
The ability to use a firm but fair approach and display empathy.
To be comfortable discussing outcomes and claims with the client and policyholders professionally
