Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Executive to join the team at our Client site based in Bracknell. Working a hybrid model of 4 days home working and 1 day in office you will be responsible for leading the creation, execution and measurement of a shopper marketing execution plan for the retail district.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the assigned shopper group, their needs, wants and shopping habits to effectively cater for them. You will collaborate with category development managers, key account managers and area portfolio managers to seize growth opportunities as well as developing a solid understanding of our Clients products and brand campaigns to effectively promote them.
You must have a degree in Marketing or higher from an accredited institution, previous experience in Shopper or Consumer Marketing or Account Management within FMCG - B2C Market with a strong analytical aptitude and previous experience in project and stakeholder management.
