About the Role This is a 3 months part-time internship, working up to 10-15 hours a week and offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on B2B marketing experience. As the business grows, the scope of this role will expand, with a potential for a permanent position at the end of the internship. This role can be fully remote, our current team members work on a hybrid basis with a couple days a week in a co-working space in Milton Keynes. As a Marketing Intern, you will collaborate closely with our founders to develop and implement client acquisition strategies and enhance engagement across various social channels, events and our podcast. This role will directly contribute to our business growth strategy whilst ensuring we promote inclusivity and diversity in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing tech industry landscape. Key Responsibilities Create and manage content across our social channels; LinkedIn, Instagram and Youtube Assist with editing and promoting our weekly podcast alongside our founder Marketing collateral creation including sales presentations and material for potential clients Conduct market research, competitor analysis and advising us on sales and B2B marketing strategy Prepare branding material and swag for upcoming local tech events Support the creation of resources that will be promoted on our website and social media channels Report on marketing and engagement activities across our content About You Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field Previous experience in a marketing role is a plus but not required You have a strong passion for B2B marketing and creating engaging content for client acquisition Experience with tools like Figma, Canva and social media marketing experience using LinkedIn You have strong verbal and written English communication skills You have excellent organizational skills and able to work independently and as part of a team A genuine interest in creating content that promotes diversity and inclusivity ⛳️ Compensation £12.50 per hour, up to 10-15 hours a week
