The successful candidate will work closely with the EYFS teaching team to support the delivery of high-quality education to young children, helping to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum, focusing on children’s personal, social, and emotional development. Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with varying abilities and learning needs. Assist in the management of classroom behavior, ensuring that children are safe, well-behaved, and engaged. Observe and record children’s progress, feeding back to the class teacher regularly. Prepare and adapt learning resources to suit individual learning styles and needs. Support the implementation of outdoor and play-based learning activities. Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. About You: Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools). Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. Experience working with young children in an early years or education setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, staff, and parents. A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude towards working with young children. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to ensuring all children reach their full potential.
