The team is a specialist, multi-disciplinary team currently consisting of Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Nursing and Therapy Assistants and Assistant Psychologists. In order to do this, we work with the network around the individual (e.g. Adult Mental Health, Social Care, Education) and work closely with commissioners. As a speech and language therapist you will have experience of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working as you will need to attend and chair regular MDTs, CETRs and EMDTs. As a Speech and Language Therapist you would visit individuals at their home / at school / in appropriate setting multiple times a week to engage them and carry out our assessments and interventions.
