Join us as a Graduate Building Services Engineer in September 2025 in Nottingham, where you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting new ventures. From day one, you’ll be working on real projects, giving you understanding of the wide variety of our work and opportunities. From high-profile national projects as part of a large design team to smaller projects - you’ll gain experience of design, site surveys, and inspection of engineering construction.
You’ll be preparing designs and reports, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, assisting in management of contracts, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Our projects span the full breadth of the built environment, providing opportunity to enhance your technical skills and take on client-facing roles, and explore your own skills and interests.
There will be a wide, varied workload and the role will focus on delivering portfolios of work across the private and public sector; including education, defence, healthcare, pharmaceutical and commercial.
About You
Our ideal Graduate Building Services Engineer must have:
* Be working towards a Degree in an equivalent professional qualification, 2:1 preferable
* Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements
* Experience using Relux and AutoCad
* Good written and verbal communication – able to discuss work, and communicate effectively to work collaboratively as part of a team
It would be nice for you to have:
* An interest in building Services Engineering
* Self-motivated and driven for progressive and continued learning
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage time with multiple tasks
