We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator with a flexible attitude to assist with Purchase Ledger duties as well. Payroll Process weekly and monthly payrolls Process starters and leavers Prepare and submit all statutory submissions including HMRC, pensions, attachment of earnings orders Post payroll journals and reconcile control accounts Stay updated with payroll legislation Address payroll-related queries and resolve issues Purchase Ledger Process purchase invoices and credit notes Prepare and process supplier payment run, create BACS file and email remittances Reconcile supplier statements Address supplier queries Prepare and submit CIS returns to HMRC No terminology used in this job description is intended to discriminate against a person’s age, race, religion, gender, marital status, colour, disability or sexual orientation.
