Purpose of Role The Finance Administration Assistant will work as part of a team to provide the highest level of customer service to our client’s Private Client department. The role includes efficient and prompt answering of queries, adhering to all Williams Lea policies and procedures, courteous interaction with clients and visitors, completing all work within the agreed services levels and assisting with general administrative duties as required. The Finance Administration Assistant is accountable for maintaining the established relationship between Williams Lea and our clients, recognizing and translating the client’s needs into a responsive service. Key Responsibilities Inputting data and transferring time/information on Elite Dealing with incoming/outgoing/issuing cheques Transferring time entries from matter to matter Matter closures Digital payments Treasury Sanctions check Land Registry Bankruptcy check Verification of bank details IDs for beneficiaries (Thirdfort or certified ID and Proof of Address) International Payments International Bankruptcy checks Credit Notes Generating draft bills and processing of finalised bills, submission thereof and subsequent following up for payment.
