Job Title: Social Worker – Child Protection Team
Location: Torfaen
Rate: £38.00 – £42.00 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Child Protection Team based in Torfaen.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will manage a diverse caseload of children which covers Child Protection, Child in Need, and sometimes Children within Proceedings. The level in proceedings can be discussed. You will attend to Section 47 enquiries, complete Single Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Parenting assessments. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other professionals/agencies to meet the identified needs of children, young people, and their families, including the Police and Education Services. You will also complete work under the Public Law Outline (PLO) and complete Court reports/Assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level
* Post-qualified experience
