Part Time, Fixed Term Contract (6 Months - 15 Hours a Week)
The Commercial Support Administrator will be supporting the International Wellbeing business unit Managers and Directors to deliver the business unit’s commercial & operational objectives. The role will support commercial & operational activities, whilst ensuring compliance within the regions we operate and to better enable the business to drive commercial performance and set the business up for sustainable growth.
You will be getting involved in working and supporting with the International Wellbeing’s Management team, administering the delivery of the business unit’s day to day operational requirements, and more widely supporting International Wellbeing’s commercial objectives. Work closely with the business unit’s shared service departments, particularly working collaboratively with Finance and HR functions.

About You:
Education and Qualifications
1. GCSE A-C in Maths and English or equivalent.
2. Additional qualification related to basic finance and/or ICT would be beneficial.
Experience
1. Experience in a Commercial Finance setting.
2. Experience working alongside an HR and/or finance team.
3. Knowledge and experience in working within commercial services, ideally within the corporate health & wellbeing, health/medical insurance, commercial leisure or hospitality sector.
4. Experience of providing commercial analysis of business activity.
5. Ability to support a management team and manage business need and demands against time and resources.
6. Dealing with high workloads and prioritising activity by importance.
Skills
1. Basic knowledge of finance and commercial analysis.
2. Ability and confidence to appropriately challenge business processes and decisions.
3. Confidence to develop relationships with personnel from Departments outside of the business unit and to work closely and effectively with them.
4. Ability to collaborate with personnel at all levels of the business unit.
5. Ability to handle pressure and manage workloads in relation to critical deadlines.
6. Energetic, self-motivated, with an enquiring approach, and a desire to identify and support continued improvement in business processes.
7. Strong IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
8. An openness to learn and use new techniques, technologies, and methods.
