Job Title: SEN Tutor
Job Duties:
* Provide individualised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support academic progress and personal development
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in Special Education or related field
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Strong understanding of SEN support strategies
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of SEN policies and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in Special Education
* Experience working in a school setting
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
* Collaborative work environment with students, parents, and educational professionals
* £20 - £30 per hour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
