The Role – HR Systems Manager This newly created role sits within our People team and will be responsible for managing and optimizing the HR systems and providing accurate, timely HR management information to support strategic decision making. This role ensures that HR technology and data management processes are efficient, secure and aligned with the overall values and mission of Jollyes. The people, MI and Systems Manager will oversee the HRIS (iTrent). This role will be called ‘People, MI & Systems Manager’ within Jollyes but appreciate in other businesses candidates may know it more as ‘HR Systems Manager’. A full job description is available on request, but to summarise your key responsibilities: Manage, maintain and optimise the HR systems ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business Ensure data integrity with all HR systems maintaining strict adherence to data protection regulations Act as the system administrator for the HRIS, ensuring smooth functionality, updates and data accuracy Lead system upgrades, implementations and integrations with other business systems (e.g. recruitment, tableau, LMS, finance) Provide technical support and training to the People team and all end users of the system Work closely with IT and external vendors (MHR, Talos, Learning Pool) to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless system performance Enhance the user experience of the HR systems holding regular listening groups to take on board feedback Develop and maintain data management policies and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance, conducting regular data audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or inaccuracies Develop and deliver regular HR management reports, dashboards and analytics to provide insights on key HR metrics (labour turnover, absence, gender pay gap) Work closely with people leadership team to design and implement custom reports based on business needs Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis to support business decisions Provide reports to forecast future people spend in conjunction with NMW, annual pay rises and bonus calculations, assisting with maintaining salary benchmarking data Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders including statutory and regulatory reporting Able to build dashboards and display data for stakeholders in an engaging and understandable format Be the point of contact for user queries, troubleshooting issues and develop / deliver training on HR systems, being the technical support, enhancing colleagues' knowledge of the system.
