Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day site management, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring project timelines are met. Maintain Health & Safety compliance and produce weekly order take-offs. Liaise closely with clients and customers, ensuring theyre informed and satisfied throughout the process. Handle documentation and manage customer queries efficiently. What Youll Need: Degree in Construction or similar trade qualification. 5 years of experience with a Main Contractor (Social Housing experience preferred). Strong Health & Safety knowledge.
