Bracknell Forest Council is looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our Resources Directorate.
The Accountancy Team is a friendly, supportive and busy team with an excellent reputation for delivery. Finance Business Partners play a crucial role in developing and enhancing that reputation due to the strategic role they perform. You will be working collaboratively within a team of experienced professionals to provide high quality financial advice and support to Directorate Management Teams, other Budget Managers and Members.
Key responsibilities …
You will lead strategic financial management for the People Directorate, providing expert advice on budgets for services including Adults & Children’s Social Care and Education. You will play a key role in transformation programmes, ensuring efficient service delivery. You will need a CCAB or CIMA qualification and substantial local authority finance experience.
