A great opportunity has arisen within the Executive Office supporting the Deputy Principal and Deputy Chief Executive. We are looking for someone with a measured and calm approach, and proven experience of providing high quality work meeting demanding deadlines.
The successful candidate will be an experienced PA, Executive Assistant or high-level administrator who is able to work effectively with people across the organisation on many different levels including governors, staff and students. With a professional approach you will be highly organised and confident to organise others, managing changing priorities and sometimes working under pressure. A good communicator you must be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
It is vital that you have an aptitude for administration along with excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as being IT proficient (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Acting with confidentiality and discretion will be paramount, as this role requires access to highly sensitive college information.
The successful candidate will be required to work core hours (37 hours per week) with the flexibility to work additional time, when necessary, to effectively and efficiently support the Deputy Principal and Deputy Chief Executive.
The position is full-time, office-based at our Whittingham Road Campus, renowned for its exceptional facilities and learning environment, complete with onsite parking and access to outdoor spaces, including the trim trail.
