Position Details : Job Title: Global Corporate Accounts Manager Location: Northampton, UK (preferred) or surrounding areas Travel: 50% across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC ✈️ We are looking for a Global Corporate Accounts Manager to drive business growth, build strategic relationships, and manage a $20M portfolio in a dynamic, global environment. Your Mission : As the Global Corporate Accounts Manager, you will: Drive Business Development : Oversee and grow a $20M portfolio within the Building Services Contracts (BSC) sector, accelerating sales and identifying profitable opportunities across multiple regions. Build Strategic Relationships : Cultivate and expand relationships with key Global Corporate Accounts (e.g., Atalian, Mitie, ISS, Coor) and lead efforts to penetrate competitor-held markets Collaborate Across Regions : Partner with teams across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC to deliver exceptional results and implement global strategies. Key Responsibilities : Client Implementation & Retention (50%) Lead Rollouts: Manage existing BSC accounts to meet annual sales and margin targets. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement Strategic Account Activity Plans for Building Services Contracts. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and influencers. Cross-Selling: Identify profitable cross-selling opportunities within the BSC sector. Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional service delivery through collaboration with country teams. ️ Leadership: Organize and lead customer business reviews, internal cross-functional teams, and client events. New Business Development (50%) Opportunity Identification: Discover and secure new, profitable opportunities in BSC, maintaining a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce. Value Proposition Development: Create compelling value propositions, pricing models, and service agreements for Building Services Contracts with stakeholders. Negotiation Support: Assist countries in client negotiations, ensuring alignment with global contracts and approval processes. Deal Management: Oversee EP Deal Desk approvals and ensure smooth contract execution. Your Profile : Qualifications Experience: 5-10 years in B2B sales, preferably within Building Service Contractors (BSC) or Facility Management industries. Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a global, matrix-oriented environment. Analytical Skills: Strong financial and business analytics capabilities. ️ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
