Requirements:
- - Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience working to deadlines in decommissioning and wiping devices.
- Previous experience handling mixed hardware and software issues and fixes.
- Proficiency with the Windows tech stack, including but not limited to Office 365.
- Skills in laptop hardware break/fix and familiarity with Service Now ticketing system for issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work onsite in Port Talbot; relocation assistance is not available.
Responsibilities:
- - Provide onsite 2nd Line Support to our customers and clients.
- Work on a project involving wiping and decommissioning around 800 old devices over a two-month period.
- Manage your own workload efficiently, demonstrating capability to work independently without assistance.

We are seeking an IT Technician to join our existing support team and provide essential 2nd Line support. The contract opportunity is initially for two months, with possible extensions depending on workload, and is inside IR35. The role is compensated at £140 per day.
