Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior CDP / Junior Sous Chef at The Westwood Restaurant in Beverley. The role involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, supervising junior kitchen staff, assisting with menu planning, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Qualifications
1. Culinary skills including cooking, food preparation, and menu planning
2. Experience working in a professional kitchen environment
3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
4. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
7. Experience with British cuisine is a plus
