Job Description VIP relations/Talent Management – agency position – agency experience required An incredibly growth opportunity has opened at a leading luxury lifestyle agency in London. As the PR world continues to evolve, this agency is investing in its very own talent & partnerships arm, and they’re currently looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join its team. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone with talent management experience who is looking for that next step in their career and perhaps has the desire to grow into a ‘Head of’ a department. You’ll be joining an established luxury lifestyle agency that works across fashion, interiors, design and hotels. The agency specialises in PR & comms, delivering creative campaigns that span traditional press, social and partnerships. They are a tight-knit team based between London and NYC offering a lovely, supportive culture, quarterly wellness perks and opportunities to work abroad 2x a year. This VIP relations specialist will: Manage your own portfolio of VIP clients, securing event, red carpet and broader paid partnership opportunities for your clients. Help identify emerging talent for your roster Support the PR team on gifting programmes and VIP partnership opportunities for the existing roster of clients The ideal person for this role perhaps has worked as a talent manager at a modelling agency, or a high profile talent management agency. This VIP relations specialist will also need to be well-connected and come with their own contacts – think stylists, celebrity managers, and digital influencers in the luxury lifestyle or fashion space. This is a hands-on role, so whomever joins will need to role up their sleeves and be comfortable delivering as well as developing strategy/coming up with ideas.
