The role details
The role of an Overbury Project Manager can be best described as a client-facing, delivery-focused role where a passion for perfection coupled with the drive to deliver a second-to-none experience for our customers is a given.
You will be the team leader developing a successful team ethos on site. You will ensure that the members of the team are aware of their roles and responsibilities, partnering with the client and their advisors to fully understand their needs and expectations.

You will need to ensure clear communication channels are in place to report on progress, identify issues encountered, and any variations to the project both internally and externally.
You will need to comply with company procedural requirements, exercising financial control throughout the project alongside the financial lead. You’ll need to resolve technical problems and ensure work is carried out to the correct specification. You’ll oversee the implementation of Health & Safety and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environment legislation.

Just have it in mind that we will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks if you’re successful in the selection process. This includes taking up your references/qualification verification, as well as checking your ID, driving licence (if appropriate), and your right to work in the UK. Some roles may also need further pre-employment checks; we will advise and support you throughout the pre-employment process.
And in return…
We offer a competitive starting salary, bonus, and the best benefits package in the industry, including:
