In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll partner with the Divisional Director (DD) to ensure our Division runs seamlessly and efficiently. As the primary deputy for the DD, you’ll step up to lead the Division in their absence, providing robust leadership and managerial direction to specific services.

Your day-to-day will involve overseeing staff and budget management, ensuring we hit our quality, performance, and budgetary targets, and driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
You’ll be at the forefront of translating and delivering our clinical service strategies, objectives, and business plans. Working closely with the DD, Director of Nursing, and Clinical Chair, you’ll spearhead initiatives that elevate patient care and service delivery. Your leadership will foster a culture of effective governance, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, and achieving all performance indicators, targets, and objectives in line with national and local standards.
