The Hotel Collection at the University of Edinburgh comprises of four hotels, with kitchens at three of the properties. You will be based at either The Scott Hotel, or The Scholar Hotel, both are properties with a great, fresh food offering – The Brasserie at the Scholar and the newly opening Bonnar’s at The Scott.
Your skills and attributes for success:
1. Kitchen experience in a hospitality setting.
2. Time management skills.
3. Impeccable standards and an eye for detail.
4. Excellent verbal communication.
5. Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are met whilst on shift to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Prepare and deliver food for breakfast; lunch and dinner to the highest possible standards.
