Key Responsibilities:
* Full P&L management – drive sales and optimize profitability.
* Develop & execute annual plans and JBP strategies.
* Be the go-to expert for your retailer, providing insights, category advice, and NPD recommendations.
* Spot category & SKU opportunities to expand market presence.
* Monitor, report & forecast performance against budget and cash flow targets.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in FMCG account management (branded or own-label).
* Expertise in managing supermarket or convenience accounts.
* Strong commercial acumen – confident in handling a multi £m P&L.
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills,
