Here's why you'll love this role… - You will own and drive the digital transformation roadmap, working closely with leadership and key stakeholders to enhance efficiency and innovation across the business.
- Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements, using data-driven insights to optimise performance.
- Develop and implement process management frameworks to measure and enhance the effectiveness of digital solutions.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to propose and implement process automation and technology solutions that drive business efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and strategic improvements to the organisation.
Here's why you'll be great in this role… - Proven experience in leading digital transformation, continuous improvement, or process optimisation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Salesforce and Certinia, particularly in developing reporting and dashboard capabilities.
- Strong understanding and application of Agile process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on digital initiatives.
- Experience in driving process automation and leveraging technology solutions to optimise business operations.
