FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Assistant based in Dyce, Aberdeen.
This is a Short Term Temporary Contract starting ASAP for circa 1-2 months, working 36 hours per week, with Hybrid working and Half Day Fridays.
Main duties include:
* Data processing of supplier invoices into the Accounting Software
* Management of the mailboxes for incoming invoices
* Processing of invoices manually
* Any other general administration duties within the finance team as required.
Suitable candidates should have the following:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Computer literate (Excel, reports etc)
* Good communication skills
* Personable
* Quick learner
* Enthusiastic
* Self-Motivated
* Ability to use their own initiative yet contribute to a small team
Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK
