Typical Starting salary between £49,000 – £50,500 + Annual Bonus

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
In driving forward our significant organisational change agenda, the Company wishes to recruit employees from across the organisation, functions and operations who are ready to take on the challenge of leading and managing this change through our operational natural teams.
Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
We wish to appoint suitably qualified, experienced and motivated individuals to fill the above positions.
The jobholders’ major responsibilities will include:
12. Ensuring a safe and rewarding working environment for the team.
13. Developing, leading and motivating the Natural Team in line with Spirit values and leadership behaviours.
14. Co-ordinating the implementation of Natural Teams and their development to improve communication between functional services and the Operations team on constraints and business needs.
15. Playing a lead role in supporting our cultural transformation within the management team in alignment with our business priorities.
16. Playing a lead role in introducing key improvement tools such as Lean.
17. Managing the BSC metrics and driving the AES journey for the improved performance of the team.
18. Taking responsibility for employee engagement activities such as APR’s and associated training and development plans.
19. Assigning labour to support the programme requirements as defined by Material Logistics.
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements

Candidates must:
20. Have a minimum of an HNC in an engineering or business-related discipline or possess an NVQ Level III in Supervisory Management or hold a recognised certificate/diploma in management.
21. In addition to the above, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience at a leadership, supervisory or management level within a precision manufacturing, Aerospace or engineering environment.
Please note, shift working may be required, depending on business needs.
Allocation to position will be determined at interview.
Successful candidates will be supported in developing a Personal Development Plan to address development areas highlighted as part of the selection process
