Trinity Fire & Security Systems, a leading provider of fire and security solutions, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Base Administrator. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our maintenance contract operations.
As a Maintenance Base Administrator, you will be responsible for administering maintenance contracts, invoicing setup and contractual terms in accordance with customer agreements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Liaising closely with the Central Billing team to ensure the accuracy of information
* Assisting with the setup of new maintenance contracts within the business Service Management System, ensuring consistent processes across the organisation
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within the system
* Completing the setup of any required callout contracts
* Following the Lost Maintenance Process for all notified contracts in line with current procedures

* Competitive salary range of £24,000 - £29,000 per annum DOE
