Key Responsibilities: Regularly update pricing databases and ensure all contract details are current and accessible. Create detailed financial reports, ensuring they are tailored to various stakeholders' needs and shared promptly. Assist with preparing invoices, managing self-billing processes, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely payments. Set up and maintain new accounts, ensuring client data is accurate and up to date. Manage shared email inboxes, responding to inquiries efficiently and forwarding relevant correspondence to appropriate teams. Work closely with other departments to support smooth operations, particularly during pricing updates or process reviews. About You: Proven experience in a similar finance or administrative role is highly desirable. Alternatively, a finance graduate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers will also be considered. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with financial systems or CRM software is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
