The Property, Projects and Maintenance Manager role is an integral part of our Property Services team which covers all aspects of Estate, Maintenance, Health and Safety and Facility Management. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced and hard working individual to join us on a permanent basis.About you:Are you someone with proven experience in Property Project Management and Maintenance, preferably within a local government or public sector environment? The successful individual will need to have excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and someone who approaches work with a can-do attitude, dealing with challenges head on.
