National Account Manager – FMCG | Drive Strategic Growth with Flavour Warehouse Flavour Warehouse (FW) is expanding and looking for a dynamic Account Manager to support our growth across the UK’s wholesale and key retail accounts within the FMCG industry. This is a newly created role where you’ll report directly to the Head of FMCG, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive new sales opportunities and provide strategic account management to maximise long-term profitability. What You’ll Do Enhance distribution and visibility of FW brands across designated wholesale and retail key accounts, ensuring sustainable growth. Oversee and execute the full tender process, from submission to outcome, ensuring alignment with commercial goals. Build and sustain productive relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners, acting as a trusted point of contact. Analyse market trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities to provide actionable insights. Lead on customer requirements, ensuring high standards in communication, problem-solving, and service delivery. Contribute to strategic initiatives, supporting revenue targets and market share expansion plans. What You’ll Bring: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in FMCG. Proven track record in sales within FMCG; experience in vape/tobacco is advantageous. Demonstrated success in achieving targets and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting and utilising data. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
