Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Salary: Up to £26,500
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our client’s team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and education to young children, helping to shape their early learning experiences in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Our client’s nursery offers a warm and welcoming ‘home from home’ setting, where children feel secure and inspired to explore, learn, and develop. If you are passionate about early childhood development and hold the relevant qualifications and experience, we would love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
* A strong understanding of early childhood development theories and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* A genuine passion for early years education and supporting children’s learning and growth.

Your Responsibilities
* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports children's growth and development.
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that foster learning across all areas of development.
* Observe, assess, and track children's progress, using insights to tailor learning experiences.
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide updates on children’s well-being and development.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children’s progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
