Resident Liaison Officer - Planned Maintenance

£25,000 - £30,000 plus £5,000 car allowance
Our client, a contractor based in Kingston, is currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their planned maintenance team.
Our client is carrying out internal and external planned maintenance. Works being delivered include kitchen and bathroom replacements, roof renewals, and window and door upgrades.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates.
2. Own all complaints and ensure they are dealt with promptly and effectively.
3. For longer planned works, keep the tenant updated with progress and address any issues that arise.
4. Work with the Contract Manager & Site team to ensure the client is informed of any issues and that inquiries are addressed.
5. Support the help-desk with emails from sub-contractors and clients daily.
6. Visit tenants when required.
7. Carry out condition and customer satisfaction surveys.
8. Arrange and book appointments/visits to properties.
Qualifications:
My client is seeking someone with experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer, strong communication skills over the phone and face-to-face, and good IT skills. The ability to work within a team and independently is also desired.
