Since 1989, Continental Landscapes has been providing professional grounds maintenance and street cleansing services to organisations throughout the UK. We are headquartered in Oxfordshire, but we operate across the UK. We provide varied services for public and private sector clients such as councils, the NHS, and housing associations.
Due to continued growth, we have a number of exciting opportunities for experienced, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Service Delivery Managers to lead our grounds maintenance operations in the Livingston area.
The purpose of this key role is to be responsible for the broad range of services associated with the contract, ensuring the requirements, specifications, and standards are met. You will lead and manage teams of operatives who will undertake the different elements of the contract.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure relationships are maintained and established with clients whilst encouraging team building and the promotion of a harmonious working environment. You will also take an active lead in the management of Health and Safety in the workplace.
With a flexible attitude, you will demonstrate our Company ethos on a daily basis, motivating your teams to perform the consistent high-quality services that are the hallmark of Continental Landscapes.
You will need to have a full clean UK driving licence.
This role would suit an experienced supervisor or team leader looking to take the next step into management from backgrounds in facilities management, the green services sector, or similar. An aptitude for resource planning and financial management would be beneficial.
