Salary: to £55k + Uncapped Commission + Car/Allowance

Develop bid documents and costings with senior management.
Present winning proposals and negotiate deals with stakeholders.Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
• Proven background in Security Business Development and Manned Guarding Services within specified sectors.
Skills:
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building ability.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on their own initiative.
