Please be aware Co-op does not offer visa sponsorship for this opportunity We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Legal Services team. This team own the technologies that power our thriving Legal Services business. As a Lead Product Manager at Co-op, you’ll report into a Principal Product Manager and be responsible for the re-platform of our core colleague systems, the introduction of new services for 3rd party partners, and optimisation of our existing technology estate. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team and play a big part in modernising our legal services platform. What you’ll do • Lead a multidisciplinary team to define, prioritise, deliver, test, and maintain features and services. • Define and drive a clear product strategy that aligns with business objectives and user needs • Support the team and third parties in the delivery of our re-platform to make sure user needs are defined and met • Effectively communicate to ensure a shared understanding of your work across internal and external partners • Define clear success criteria and measurable metrics to track product performance, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement • Actively take part in our community of practice sessions, sharing your skills, knowledge, and experience with your colleagues This role would suit people who have • Experience as a Lead Product Owner, Lead Product Manager or Lead Business Analyst • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Given the transformational nature of the re-platform, some elements still follow a Waterfall approach, with a long-term goal of transitioning to a more iterative way of working in line with the rest of our product teams • Experience working with both internal and external partners, (e.g., running collaborative workshops) • Good communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language for a non-technical audience We know that some candidates are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t meet all the criteria in the job description.
