About the Role:
Are you a creative mastermind with a passion for leading innovative content and campaign strategies? As Head of Content at POLARIS, you will be at the forefront of creating impactful, multi-channel campaigns for both our clients and our internal marketing. This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for the strategic direction, ideation, and execution of creative content across various digital platforms.
You will strategise, ideate and oversee campaigns that drive engagement, build brand visibility, and generate results. You will inspire and lead a team, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of content and campaign strategies for both clients and POLARIS’s marketing efforts.
* Oversee multi-channel campaigns, integrating SEO, PR, social media, and email marketing to deliver cohesive strategies.
* Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with the company’s growth objectives.
Team Management & Development:
* Inspire and lead a team of content professionals, fostering an innovative and collaborative culture.
* Provide training, mentorship, and support to help your team members grow and succeed in their roles.
* Manage project timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Develop creative content that resonates with target audiences and meets client’s needs.
* Oversee the creation of content for various channels, including website, case studies, thought leadership pieces and social media.
* Analyse campaign performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversions, etc) to refine strategies and improve results.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
* Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver content that drives results.
* Collaborate with new business teams to create impactful pitches for prospective clients.
* Engage with clients to gain feedback, refine strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.
About You:
* Has at least 3 years’ experience in content and campaign management within an agency environment, with a strong portfolio of creative and data-driven campaigns.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.
* Understands how to create campaigns that resonate with audiences, earn media coverage, and drive results across multiple digital channels.
* Has strong leadership skills and can inspire and develop a creative team.
* Highly motivated, organised, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and content.
* Is passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and creative content strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an agency environment, working across B2B and consumer services.
* Experience of SEO, and Digital PR.
* Expert with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Strong understanding of the ecommerce and digital marketing landscape.
