How you will Energize Our Team.
As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of our debt collection agencies and internal admin team. Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficient and effective management of overdue accounts, the safe disconnection and reconnection of customers, and the seamless operation of administrative processes. You will play a crucial role in achieving our financial and operational targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Motivating your team to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s
* Coaching and developing your team to maximize their potential
* Daily management of your team including schedule adherence, absence, managing individual and team performance and adherence to company policies
* Analyze and improve workflows, establish standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards
* Work as one team to drive and support the company culture
* Meet key performance objectives, as set by management
* Support the business through operational effectiveness and delivery of KPIs, digital first
The Spark we're Looking For.
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership/managerial position
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both orally and written, and in a professional manner
* Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines and demanding targets, showing an ability to react to change and a flexible approach to working hours
* Self-motivated and driven with a positive attitude – and a desire to self-develop.
* Exceptional organization skills
* Competent IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Suite
* Data analytics experience
