Job summary The post holder will provide senior nursing professional advice and guidance on all aspects of the Safer Staffing agenda to the Executive Director of Nursing, Quality and Healthcare Professionals and Executive Leadership Team particularly in relation to ensuring we have the right staff, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time. The post holder will strategically lead the safe and sustainable staffing agenda across the Trust working closely with Deputy Director of Nursing, Quality and Healthcare Professionals, Network Directors of Nursing, Quality and Healthcare Professionals, Head of Nursing, Heads of Quality and Matrons. The post holder will lead on the Safer Staffing agenda across the organisation. This will include Care Hours Per Patient Day (CHPPD) Report submission and the Mental Health Optimal Tool (MHOST) implementation. The post holder will be responsible for generating Trust Safer Staffing reports for the Executive Leadership Team, Quality Committee and Trust Board. The post holder will be responsible for the collection, use and interpretation of information and data related to the delivery of safer staffing across the organisation's inpatient and community services developing systems and processes as required.
