This role is not for the faint-hearted. You'll be responsible for managing the installation of graphics, large-format print, and signage for some of the biggest brands in the world.
As someone experienced in installs within the print, graphics, or signage industry, you'll know what it's like to juggle and manage multiple projects at any one time. The H&S, the correct cards needed, the subcontractors, spot checks, and QC are just some of the aspects of the process you'll need to excel in.
This role will also oversee the dispatch of goods, so your communication skills need to be strong, as you'll be interacting with internal senior leaders, clients, subcontractors, and everyone in between.

The current Operations Director was the Installation Manager of this business. He is there for you to bounce ideas off and be guided into the role. However, you have full remit to make this department yours. Review what's been done and make it better—systems, processes, and people—all within your jurisdiction to emulate what's been done before you.
Initially, you'll be in the office more than not, so you need to be able to commute to Harlow. That said, you won't be tied to your desk. You'll be on-site, with clients, conducting QC on jobs, and everything in between.
