Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Regional Director of Autism Services to oversee a portfolio of schools, residential schools, and care homes within a designated region. This role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of care, education, and operational excellence across multiple sites, while driving sustainable growth and delivering exceptional outcomes for children, young people, and adults with autism and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve high-quality service delivery, financial performance, and sustainable growth across your region.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure services meet or exceed performance targets outlined in development plans and group-wide objectives.
* Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of care, education, and support provided to individuals with autism and complex needs.
* Team Development: Motivate and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and professional growth.
* Change Management: Drive continuous improvement through innovative approaches and effective change management.
* Budget Management: Oversee budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining service quality.
* Compliance and Standards: Ensure all services meet regulatory standards and adhere to welfare policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a senior, strategic leadership role, ideally within the education or care sector.
* Background as an Executive Headteacher, Principal, or equivalent senior role.
* Extensive experience in managing multi-site or regional operations.
* Strong understanding of regulated environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Demonstrated success in business growth, performance management, and staff development.
* Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving financial and operational targets.
