Area - Birmingham/South West
Salary: £32-35k basic, OTE £40k + generous over achievement bonus + car + life insurance, contributory pension, £4 per day lunch allowance, 23 days holidays + bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 2 years)
Hours: 37.5 per week - Permanent position
My Client is a manufacturer of cutting tools who sell into the Engineering, Composites, OEMs, Aerospace, and Automotive industries. They have been established for over 100 years and have an excellent reputation in their industry. The company has a workforce, many of whom have worked there for decades, so opportunities rarely become available here. They offer an excellent work/life balance and a supportive team culture, making it a truly nice place to work.
You will be responsible for an area that goes from Birmingham right down to Cornwall, so you must be happy to cover a large territory. Working from home on a Monday and Friday, you will be out in the field Tuesday to Thursday visiting a wide range of customers, both existing and new.
To be considered for this role, you must have existing sales experience within an industrial or engineering field. You should have good customer service skills and work well within a team. Due to the size of the area, it is imperative that you have good time management and organizational skills.
