Daily Duties:
Delivering high-quality first and second-line support to clients, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Handling a variety of client requests via tickets and providing occasional onsite support.
Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
Managing and maintaining IT systems to ensure seamless operations for clients.
Taking part in a shift-based rota to provide consistent and reliable support.Tech Stack:
Active Directory and Office 365.
Virtualization technologies, including VMware.
Networking: configuration, maintenance, and administration.
Disaster recovery tools and processes.
