FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Payable Assistant based in Dyce, Aberdeen. This is a Short Term Temporary Contract starting ASAP for circa 1-2 months, working 36 hours per week, with Hybrid working and Half Day Fridays. Main duties include: • Data processing of supplier invoices into the Accounting Software • Management of the mailboxes for incoming invoices • Processing of invoices manually • Any other general administration duties within the finance team as required. Suitable candidates should have the following: • Previous experience in a similar role • Computer literate (Excel, reports etc) • Good communication skills • Personable • Quick learner • Enthusiastic • Self-Motivated • Ability to use their own initiative yet contribute to a small team Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
