What you’ll do
From new joiners onwards, you’ll identify opportunities to help your colleagues improve and step in when needed. You’ll recognize good performance and celebrate success.
This environment is fast-paced with frequent change. You’ll adapt to new ways of working and support your colleagues through new processes or procedures. Customer service is a key focus, and you’ll lead by example to ensure customers have the best experience.

Who you are
You value collaboration and making decisions that benefit colleagues and customers. You’re confident in your communication skills and comfortable with in-store technology. Self-motivated and eager to learn, you’ll support the wider store team and be adaptable in deploying resources where needed.
How you’ll progress
Upon joining, you will receive a comprehensive induction, orientation, and a tailored training plan developed with your manager. They will support and coach you to excel. There are many development routes; proven success in this role can lead to store management positions within Argos or other Sainsbury’s stores, allowing you to shape your career path.
