SLH Consult are partnering our client, a national house builder, who are looking to appoint a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for a new site commencing in February.
The site will consist of 2, 3, and 4 bed detached and semi-detached housing for private sale, with a small percentage assigned for local housing association, focusing on delivering high-quality dwellings.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within the new build housing sector. They must be focused on quality and be able to promote collaboration with existing site teams and subcontractors.
It would be advantageous if the successful candidate has the appetite to achieve an NHBC award. A valid SMSTS and First Aid certification, as well as full compliance with Part L, are required.
This position accommodates a candidate open to a temporary to permanent opportunity or someone who wants to be considered for a straight permanent position.
