Your Mission:
As a Customer Experience Manager at ProspectBase, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our clients' account-based marketing endeavours. Collaborating closely with both our Sales team and Marketing Operations teams, you will oversee the setup and execution of digital advertising and content syndication campaigns. Your role will involve proactive engagement across various internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution, delivering exceptional results for our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign metrics to provide actionable insights to the Customer Experience team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, are driven by results, and possess a penchant for process improvement, this role is perfect for you.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the setup and operational execution of display advertising and lead generation campaigns
* Work closely with our clients, sales team and marketing ops team to optimize strategies and ensure timely implementation of campaigns for B2B advertiser clients
* Foster strong relationships with Customer Experience Managers to facilitate smooth handoffs from campaign setup to delivery
* Generate comprehensive reports throughout campaign lifecycles, offering valuable insights to the Customer Experience team to enhance client retention
* Develop expertise in ProspectBase's integration capabilities, particularly in lead delivery and other client integrations
* Act as a liaison between client expectations and internal system capabilities
* Participate in onboarding calls with clients to grasp their specific needs and objectives
Your Profile/Qualifications:
* Customer-centric mindset with a drive to assist clients
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently toward common goals
* Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
* Self-motivated with a keen eye for process optimization
* Quick and efficient learner with a knack for mastering new technologies/systems
* Innate curiosity and problem-solving skills
* High level of enthusiasm, energy, and a sense of urgency in addressing client needs
* Knowledge of digital advertising and/or marketing technology is advantageous
* Familiarity with CRM integrations such as Eloqua, Marketo, and HubSpot
* Salesforce experience is a plus
