Location: Walker House, Liverpool
Salary : £37,820- £39,500

We are seeking a Data and Insight Analyst to join our existing Management Information Team.
In this role, you’ll be immersed in all things data including processing and analysing, interpreting and predicting and helping to shape our current data services to ensure significant impact.

We’re looking for someone who meets the criteria below:
1. Self-starter able to work independently to meet goals.
2. Champion for change and committed to continuous improvement.
3. Experience in working with, manipulating, and interpreting data.
4. Experience in delivering reporting/analysis and presenting information clearly and engagingly.
5. Proficient in SQL programming.
6. Knowledge and experience of Power BI and/or other BI dashboard applications.
7. Experience in analysing large datasets and understanding data segmentation and reporting insights.
8. Experience in developing data, coding, or analytical best practices within an organisation.
9. Proven track record in developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance.
10. Experience in line management, with the ability to influence, motivate, and encourage team members.
11. High standards of written and oral presentation and communication skills.
12. Experience with data extraction tools such as Crystal Reports.
13. Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
14. Experience in building the capability of others to access and use data products effectively.
This is a permanent position with a salary starting at £37,820 per annum.
There is an ability for hybrid working with a requirement to work from Head Office, Walker House for a minimum of 2 days per week.
