Building Surveyor Location: Kingston Upon Thames The well-established partnership have 7 offices across the UK comprised of over 100 strong. They work throughout the public and private sectors, delivering a widespread of services ranging from quantity surveying through to digital surveying, working with clients such as banks and developers. The Kingston office is around 10 strong comprised of building surveyors, project managers and cost managers. Day to day you will work closely with a talented team, comprised of graduates, chartered and senior building surveyors. Together they have a wealth of experience in delivering multi-million-pound schemes throughout housing, education, leisure, community, civils, and offices. Other services include but not limited to building surveys, expert witness reports, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, and party wall advice. To be successful. You will be a building surveyor, MRICS is preferred though not essential, with proven experience in dealing with public or private sector clients. You will be a good communicator, a leader and somebody who enjoys delivery.
