Customer Service Administrator
Location: Egham
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our client in Egham! You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, providing efficient solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong product knowledge and troubleshoot issues effectively
* Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and tickets, ensuring timely resolutions
* Process orders for telephony, broadband, and hardware with accuracy
* Keep CRM records up-to-date and maintain high attention to detail
* Work within a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
