Davies is on the lookout for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and assisting people in their time of need. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Consultant to join our team in Preston. If you thrive on resolving issues and making a positive impact, this role is for you!
As a Customer Relations Consultant, you will be the central point of contact for both internal and external customers, managing the resolution of complaints with empathy and efficiency.
What will your day look like:
* Be the Hero: Acknowledge and investigate new complaints, introducing yourself to customers and letting them know you're here to save the day.
* Take Charge: Coordinate with all areas of the business to resolve issues, making things happen and taking action.
* Communicate: Keep clients, customers, and policyholders in the loop with clear and concise updates.
Knowledge and Abilities:
* Experience: Previous industry experience is a plus, but not essential. We provide full support and training.
* Communication Skills: High level of written communication for crafting accurate emails and letters.
* Customer Service: Understand the value of great customer service and have the ability to handle challenging conversations with confidence and calm.
* Proactivity: Be eager to get involved with other teams and take initiative.
